I loved Mason Dixon until today. Buyer BEWARE. I went to exchange jeans for a smaller size and the manager wouldn't let... me because I took the tags off. Now I am stuck with a pair of $55 jeans. I cant afford to throw away this kind of money in this economy. I've bought many items and so has my husband and sister. No more!! They claimed there is a sign about returns at the register. If you have been there you know how cluttered that area is. We have never seen it or been told about their exchange policy. I do not recommend MD and will not be back. They have lost good customers. So sad!read more

I have been a loyal customer since Mason Dixon first opened , even referring many friends and relatives to shop here .... I have purchased many items for myself , my family, and coworkers. This was always my Go To place to shop locally whether it be for a new outfit , birthdays , weddings , etc . ....... Until today !! I purchased a cute sundress for myself a few weeks ago from them for roughly $30 bucks , wore it once ,went to go put it in the wash when I noticed a two inch tear along the seam . I took the sundress in today to try to exchange it for another one just like it . The owner told me that she couldn’t exchange it for another one because they were all sold , nor could she give me a store credit . I wasn’t asking for my money back and told her such . She pretty much said , I had to have snagged it somewhere because she personally steams each piece and she would’ve seen any and all defects in the dress . ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?!? I was in disbelief , this was the owner not a part time , summer employee ! We are also a small business that works mostly by word of mouth referrals and I know this is unacceptable customer service ! This $30 dress could’ve made a HUGE difference in my review of this business . Like I said , I have always spoke very highly of your business and was always quite impressed that you gave back to the community with each sale - so you can imagine my surprise when I witnessed first hand some of the worst customer service ever -from a business that claims to care about the community but yet doesn’t care about its own customers . I am very disappointed that this issue wasn’t resolved to the satisfaction of us both and instead I was offered a mere “I’m sorry “ .read more
